Nitty Gritty Powerwashing & Mobile Services is a proud certified woman-owned business led by Leslie and Robert Wallace, who bring over 13 years of experience in the pressure washing industry.

Robert initially founded the company in 2003, providing power washing services for well-known clients such as Mrs. Baird’s, the City of Fort Worth, and Arlington. In 2007, Robert and Leslie crossed paths while working together, and their professional relationship soon blossomed into a partnership both in business and life.

Leslie serves as the President of Nitty Gritty Powerwashing. With a background as an Credit Analyst, she has extensive experience working with both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she has taught credit classes with the City of Fort Worth’s Business Assistance Center, various colleges, and TXDOT, offering valuable knowledge and support to entrepreneurs and organizations alike.
